Managed Services Provider (MSP)

Simplesense helps you along every stage of the cloud journey, including planning and design, building and migration, operations and support, and automation and optimization.

Simplesense is an official AWS partner and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) that provides end-to-end solutions including designing, building, migrating, operating, supporting, automating, and optimizing cloud, on-premises, and hybrid workloads. The Cloud Enclave is managed, operated, patched, and configured using a combination of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS), Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS), Free and Open-source (FOSS), and purpose-built tooling.

Simplesense provides installation-specific services including the hybrid data lake, automation pipelines and installation management tooling.

Simplesense's Installation Resilience Platform provides the microservices architecture, continuous integration, development and deployment pipelines, cloud automation templates, and user interface templates that enable rapid integration of new data sources, systems, components, and cloud services.

Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP)

Simplesense helps you extend your security coverage and level up your readiness without needing to increase the size of your security team.

Simplesense provides the cybersecurity services to authorize and operate the Installation Resilience OS as a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP). Simplesense remotely administers, scans, and patches both on-premise and cloud infrastructure. This involves maintaining agents on physical and virtual machines that are used to enable patching, scanning, access, and administration.

The Security Enclave provides installation-specific services for log storage, management and response. There are also a set of scanning and patching services shared across all IROC installations. Simplesense operates a virtual NOC/SOC that provides continuous cybersecurity monitoring of all IROC deployments today, including OT stacks, servers, workstations, firewalls, gateways, switches, and routers.

Additionally, Simplesense provides Authority to Operate (ATO) management including design, implementation, maintenance, support, and project management of all seven steps of the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF), including support to update ATO documentation.

Information Technology Services Provider (ITSP)

Simplesense helps you deploy and maintain OT/CS systems efficiently and ensure that your team has the right access to the OT data you need when you need them.Simplesense performs field surveys of installations to maximize efficiency in deployments and provide a complete picture of the state of the installation.
